"This hotel is in the heart of all the shops and restaurants in Heidelberg! We were 132 steps away from the castle! The room was large, clean, and spacious. The view from our window was very nice too. The receptionist was lovely! So helpful and patient. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"It was not what we expected from a hotel in this price range. To be fair the breakfast was excellent! Absolutely amazing. But the advertised pool was not operational, there was very spotty internet (so bad you couldn't write emails), no soap in the bathroom (we had to buy our own), all the complimentary items never were refilled, and once the door to our room was open when we returned from a day trip. Lastly no one was available to talk to about this since the reception was never staffed....

"The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for transient visitors. Many restaurants are found in the area for dining options. It’s also a few minutes walk to the Water Tower. The property is a bit old and you can smell it as you come inside your room. However, the room is very clean and spacious.
