"Awesome property, this was the second hotel in my Shanghai trip and I can tell you, comparing with the first hotel we stayed this hotel is fabulous! Super well located, spacious room, well maintained and new property, super friendly staff and they also communicate very well in English. "Overral impression is okay. Service is a main point of concern. During the lunch time in the lobby area after having main courses and salads we were not allowed to share a single pot of tea for three of us. We have been forced to buy 3 pots of tea instead: one for each of us. In the meanwhile during all 5 breakfasts we had there, every time we asked for tea there was only one pot served as a default setting. No doubt we had more on request, but after a request only. "

"The location is extremely handy, can easily get around to different district of Shanghai within 15-20mins by car. Rooms are well decorated, the overall aesthetic is very chic. One of the highlights would be the entrance of the hotel lobby, the chandelier is definitely breathtaking. Staff were extremely helpful during our stays.
