"The front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction in progress at the property. Construction equipments blocked several parking spaces and wires were hanging down under the overhang. The snack market was very understocked. "

"From the moment of check-in, through check-out, the staff was always welcoming; friendly, and there for us. The experience definitely does deserve an EXCEPTIONAL rating. Only improvement(s) that we could suggest would be (1) improve the breakfast food quality and extend the hours of operation by, at least, 30-minutes. If check out time is 11AM then the breakfast should be until around the same time, and not the current 9AM. Also the food was honestly awful. Apples were the only fruits; the (so-called) crisp bacon was hot, but constantly soggy and greasy; the pastries were limited to only a pre-packaged muffin. Finally, the pillows in the room have "0" firmness. Even using three of them provided little, if any, support. The bathroom towels were the opposite - rough and hard. Aside from these comments we would, still, return to this site in the future because of the sincere care, and kindness, of the staff plus overall cleanliness and comfort."
