" The cottage was very clean (except the outdoor grill) and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, spices and food storage. The location was not ideal, but not terribly bad. We had to drive everywhere but the well equipped cottage made up for it. "

"Traveled to Orlando for a soccer tournament. Tired of the Orlando tourist trap and wanted to relax so a house boat in Sanford seemed perfect. Helped that the soccer fields they were playing at were there as well.Boat was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen. The upstairs deck was phenomenal. "We loved staying here! It exceeded our expectations! Is small, but super cozy, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved the TV right above the foot of the bed, the firepit, waking up to the cute sounds of chickens softly clucking… was just so relaxing being there, and we are already talking about coming back sometime!Thank-you for a wonderful stay!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home was perfectly laid out and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. Beds are comfortable and furniture is too. We had a family dinner in the outside sunroom. Grilled in the back area and had a few small fires in the fire pit. We would definitely stay again. Very relaxing!"
