"This location was very enjoyable. Friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Making dinner reservations and giving directions. It felt like home it was so comfortable. Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable. We will not hesitate to visit again. "I would avoid this one like the plague. It’s more akin to a hostel connected to the hotel 2 doors down. Rude and impatient staff, atrocious check-in, but worst of all: no internet at peak times (mornings and evenings). Really, in 2024? "

"A great place! Nice location, comfortable hotel, nice views from every window and an easy bus ride to the ski lift. Erna in reception was really nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend! Would’ve stayed longer, but I have to follow the snow"

"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...
