"Perfectly clean and functional. Sofa bed for my second child wasn't up to scratch and the quality of all the mattresses was pretty poor to be honest. Also the heating was on (in June) and the room was BOILING. Man working at reception couldn't have done enough for us though. Lovely service. "

"The area around the property was beautiful. The rooms are older there is visible wear, but not dirty. The staff was fantastic and the meals wonderful."
