"Öncelikle lobi personeline teşekkür ederiz, yardımcı ve kibardı. Odamız da rahat ve temizdi. Kahvaltı da çeşitliydi. Belki sıcak ürünler konusunda sirkülasyona dikkat edilse daha hoş olabilirdi. Konumu çok güzel, otopark sorunu yok. Tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. "

"Rezervasyon onayı almama rağmen gece otele gittiğimde yapmış olduğum rezervasyon dan dahi haberleri yoktu halbuki ücretini dahi ödedim karttan fakat otelde boş yer olmadığını rezervasyon onayını receptipn görevlisinin geç gördüğünü buna istinaden boş oda olmadığından dolayı konaklama yapamayacağımızı söyleyince ailemle beraber sap gibi kaldık.çok amatörce ve çok kötü bir durum otel ve Hotels.com berbat."

"It was good, the room was comfortable, but the toilet was inside the shower which was difficult to navigate. The staff was helpful despite not being able to use English very well. They helped me organize a taxi to some sights and let me know how to get to places. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the TV from next door like it was inside my room."
