A special thanks to Mr Siyani who helped us with a few issues with our first room and resolved really quickly and professionally, you are a credit to Nevali Hotel. Services were fantastic, great choice of food, good facilite, easy parking and always greeted with a smile. Great location and walkable to the main streets and short drive to the local tourist sites. Breakfast fairly limited and guest smoking occurring without restraint. Not enough water in room and, instead of a large water dispenser at breakfast, multiple tiny plastic water containers used (very inconvenient and terrible for the environment "
