Our room was on the 2nd level, which made me concerned about the street noise, but the area was so quiet and peaceful we slept with ease. We will be back to stay the next time we are in Rocheforte. "When we arrived at 5.00pm on Sunday afternoon the hotel was deserted. Automatic check-in machine! If someone had been at reception we would have asked to change our room,particularly as the place appeared practically empty, because our shower head bracket was broken so had to be hand held for the entire stay. Also being sited on the 2nd floor was difficult for us as we are both over 70 and have both had hip surgery. We enjoyed our continental breakfast each day and our swim in the nice private...

"This is a nice hotel that is close to the main square without being too close. The free parking is only free at night and on holidays. It doesn’t have an elevator and the bathroom in our room was in a separate area from the toilet. The staff person was friendly but it was inconvenient to have to wait until 6pm to check in. The bed was comfortable, though, the room was clean and it had a small fridge."
