"Great stay with friendly hosts. Tom was very knowledgable and gave lots of good advice about the places to see. We stayed in the Chalet in the garden which was nice and spacious, well laid out, lovely and quiet and also included a fan and air conditioning. The pool was lovely and warm and the breakfast was well presented and plenty of it. The availability of a well appointed kitchen with plenty of space for people to cook and eat was ideal - we only used it to store food in the fridge...

"This B&B is extremely special and I would highly recommend it. It’s in a beautiful location with a terrace overlooking the Charente river. The rooms are spacious, perfectly clean and the pool is lovely. The hosts are so friendly and made our stay (over my birthday) really special. There is a small village within walking distance where you can swim in the river, hire canoes or visit two lovely restaurants. "It was a great location good cheap buses to town every 15 minutes . Lots of nice food right there . The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . No air con so very hot in heat wave but at least nice opening window .downstairs and pool area very nice …pay for a balcony I should have it would have been much better . "
