"The accommodations were perfect for my family of 5. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a cute town with grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was always available for our rental car. Hotel located in great area not too far from Strasbourg, France and other great destinations. "

"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"Had a lovely stay and the outside of this hotel is very pretty. Was having a big extension built and in the morning, we were woken up by someone doing pipe or elctrical work above our room, not best pleased at 8.15am in the morning. Aside from this, the satff were lovely and we had a beautful dinner in the hotel restaurant, home made schnitzel - was delicious. Only used as a stop hotel on our way tot he Stelvio Pass so location was perfect"

The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night. "The staff are lovely and really helpful. Really helped us with language barriers so that we could get a taxi. The rooms are perfect and you really couldn't be any closer to Europa Park. If your planning a trip then stay here....."
