"Stayed in the old part of the main hotel. Bed was hard, hallways smelled stale, silverfish running around on bathroom floor. Room was “rustic”. BUT time spent in hot springs were magic. Check in experience was good, BUT waited nearly an hour in line at 6pm on Valentines evening. Lots of staff, just BUSY. Will we go back….maybe. "

"This property has the potential to be great but they need to work on the details. PROS: Location is fantastic. Apartment was clean and nice layout. Bathrooms were spacious. CONS: The listing says it sleeps twelve but it only has enough beds for ten. It is advertised as lake view but we looked out at the neighbouring trailer park. They never sent checkin information. You have to call an information phone number to get access codes, which is an extra hassle you don’t want when traveling....

"Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

"We like the unit. It was big enough for our family. Really liked the location and also the quick response from staff. Just one thing though, the ac is not centralized so the bedrooms were a bit hot. "The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "

It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout!
