"When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. Thank you for accomodating us! "

"Received good directions and prompt replies from the manager. We came on a hot weekend and one of the units didn’t have a portable A/C. One message to the manager resulted in workers bringing a couple of portable A/C’s and installing it through the window to cool the unit. The units are clean and the rooftop is great with BBQ, common table, sitting area, and a pool table - all with surrounding great views. The building is at a great location one block away from the lake."

"There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. "We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! "The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "

"Within a couple minute drive of the resort, short enough that our teens walked back to the cabin after boarding with no issues. All log wall interior, felt like a log cabin. As long as you are fine with 3 flights of stairs (inside) it is great! Hottub was amazing, just open the garage door and stare at the mountains while relaxing in it! Would definitely recommend this "Penthouse" unit to a family. Lots of sleeping room and you have the whole top floor of the building!!"
