"Standard bungalow set in the grounds. Lovely outlook. Quiet except for dogs barking most nights. Bathroom was wet room. The shower was hand held which made washing hair more difficult than if the shower was attached to the wall. Hairdryer could not be plugged in near a mirror so not ideal. The staff all seemed a bit gloomy. Not many smiles. Breakfast was ok. Only one choice of cereal and one choice of fruit juice. But usual choice of fruit, bread, egg station and Vietnamese breakfast...

"what i did not like: room was fine, not crazy dirty but our fridge was completely broken so we couldnt leave any drink or food in there. There is a ceiling light that doesnt turn off so whoever stayed in the room before ducktaped some instant noodle cup label over it to block the light. "They did not drop off or pick up from, to airport as booking said because they said we left earlier than their normal operated time-we have to go to the airport at 6:30am but their driver start at 8:00am"

Only comment: it's not very sociable, there are not a lot of effort from the staff to get people together, do group tours and encourage a fun, sociable environment. Fantastic location, just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach, but some areas are restricted as it’s a private beach for nearby resorts. Limited food options and activities nearby, and breakfast gets repetitive after a few days. Still, one of the best and most value for money accommodation in the area."
