I also heard the lady downstairs at the desk on the phone dealing with a very rude customer and she dealt with it so eloquently and professional. It made me want to apt for his behavior. Great customer service "

"The room I reserved was given away, so we were given a room with only one bed and pull-out couch (not very comfortable). Not sure why, if I reserved the room and paid for it, it was given to someone else — but too exhausted on arrival to argue. A good place otherwise. Just a little irritating about the room. "

"Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and the hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the stadium. Parking access wasn’t as great since you had to leave and walk a bit to access the garage. "
