"Excellent hotel facilities and great view of the racetrack. Car parking was atrocious. It was a potholed cinder park a long walk from the hotel. My wife is on crutches and had great pain and inconvenience trying to walk that distance in the dark and rain with suitcases. The foot access was totally unmarked and we could not get through the security barriers surrounding the car park. No hotel transport was available although the staff in the hotel were very kind and sympathetic. A new car park is...

"The staff, were great and very attentive. Room dated. Had to ask for basic toiletries. Location great. "

My room (004) ground floor by entrance had no lace curtain for privacy.Asked reception about this, just told “ it got ripped”!4 day stay not a single room clean or towel change or tea/coffee top up during whole stay. Poor."

"This is a good, reasonably priced hotel - always warm and welcoming and good, comfortable beds. It is in need of being refurbished but really you get what you pay for, and for the price it can’t be faulted. The staff are also friendly and helpful."
