Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies and detailed instructions for our room. The property was delicately designed and thoughtful. We loved the parlour that overlooked the yard. Our room was also beautiful with a fire place and subtle lighting and design. One of the best parts...

"we had a great stay at the smith hotel with a 2 room loft style with exposed stone walls, polished concrete floor and everything needed as if you lived there. the kitchen had everything you would need and the bed was very comfortable. only issue was the blinds when closed in the upper room would also cut out the light in the living/kitchen area below and not a big issue, the patio was full of leaves (it is fall, we know), but not cleaned for use during the warmer day we had. "
