"I have family in Scotland and travel there 2 or 3 times a year. My partner and i normally do it in one hit. 10 hours including stops. Decided to break the journey and spend a night in Tebay. When we showed reception picture of room which was booked they changed room to room on picture immediately. It was mentioned that it should not have been advertised as a superior room. Hotel was perfect for a warm , quiet welcome after a day walking. Staff were fantastic. "
