"This hotel is located in an ideal location. It is just across the main train station and, unlike many areas around train stations of major cities, the surroundings are safe, walkable and clean. It is also close to the old town, Lake Luzern, and other tourist attractions. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Luzern."

"Dated hotel and rooms need TLC, but great value for price and location. Check in is at a nearby hotel, but very friendly staff. Very close to Lucerne Station. Only concern is there are bars down below and people hung out on the street and got so loud until 2AM on the weekdays and 4AM on a Saturday we were there, hence there was earplugs provided in the room."

"Hotel was fine. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was also fine - comfortable bed and clean. Good location in the old town and easy walk to the train station. The “problem” with the hotel is it was quite hot (thermostat seems to have been for decoration only) and nothing soft to absorb sound, so if someone came in late you heard them. "

"We liked the property’s proximity to many of the sights to see in Luzern, however one day we came back from a day of going out and the door was wide open. We doubled checked when we left that the door was closed, so it must have been housekeeping that left our door wide open. Luckily all our things were still in the room and not stolen. After that we did not let housekeeping come into our room in fear that they would leave our door wide open again."

"The staff here were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They had maps to give out and made sure to give us directions. The hotel is also dog friendly which is great when travelling with a dog. The hotel rooms were very clean and the other facilities were too. The only complaint I have is that the beds are very hard. "

"When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality...
