"Very convenient location, near train station n bus station. Can hear announcements from bus station in room . Room n bath very small. Shower head very small, takes long time to wash hair. Very good breakfast n very friendly helpful staffs🌷"

"Amazing modern, clean room with a comfortable bed! The staff were lovely. In a central area that is very walkable (5-10 mins walk) to the famous nusumai bridge, suehiro bar district and train/bus station. Free drinks (coffee, orange juice, tea, tequila, sake) in the lobby and lots of free amenities and rental items (e.g. a vacuum for your car)! This was the best hotel I have stayed in and for such an amazing price!! I couldn’t have asked for more and would stay again!"

The price was a little expensive, given the quality of the room. Breakfast was very average, and the selection limited. Hokkaido is a centre for dairy products and well known for its butter, but the buffet only offers margarine. "

"We enjoyed every second at Heart’n Tree and around. Sashiko made our stay very pleasant. She’s a good cook and she gave us a lot of good advices on where/when to go to get the best viewing spots. "
