"We ended up leaving the property. Upon arriving, the house was extremely hot. The listing stated AC but a note on the thermostat said Do Not Use. The room AC's in the MBR cord was cut. There were no screens on the doors and the window screens were dirty. The rest of the house was very clean, except the kitchen sink which needs replacing.
