"Convenient location. Clean rooms. If staying at the ibis, it was not ideal that they had the front desk and the bar closed. Guest are asked to go to neighbor hotel for check in and out. Would prefer to not have to leave the building at night for bar. And also the lines at checkout were longer as they had 1 staff for 2 hotels."

"Hotel staff was wonderful and it was a great location and super cute inside. I did, however, have an issue with check in. The hotel closes at 8:30. I booked the hotel at around 8:05 and I was on a train in route. There was no notification of the closing time. I’ve never heard something like that before, but I kind of blame Expedia at this point because that should’ve been flagged to me because of how late I was booking us and the fact that there was an hour time change. "

"The hotel’s location was excellent it was clean, staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was very good and everyone’s needs there was an additional cost but well worth it. Parking was off site but again in a city centrum to be expected and it was a easy walk. Drop off for bags when checking in and out was not difficult. I would recommend this hotel and the town for a long weekend. "

After checking in and freshening up we took a table outside to enjoy a local beer. The same staff work the hotel and waiter service. One of the waiting staff kept coughing over our shoulder - very offensive. They brought the wrong order twice. Hardly attentive when additional service required. We decided to go elsewhere and...
