"Ended up arriving later than expected to find no staff at the desk (beyond the 3:30 cut-off). Front doors locked and no answer on the phone to call. Turns out there were instructions (thru expedia) for the need to call if you were to be late. Once they called back (and someone let me in to the lobby) i was able to get a key to a room. "Breakfast buffet spread was exquisitely presented/plated. Outdoor footwear must be removed in indoor areas. Car parking location was about a 100m walk but we were allowed to drive up to our block to offload/load our luggage. The outdoors is in total darkness and it was out there that we took photos of the Northern Lights. The only blip we experienced was our room heating being not adequately warm enough during our three nights stay there. The heating is manually adjusted by the boss on her iPad."
