"Very friendly staff. Basic but nice room. Odd noises at night (quiet machines), but otherwise very comfortable. Nice in house meal, albeit drinks were initially forgotten. Noticeable friendly staff changing rooms and providing the service to our rooms - they were very smiley, happy and courteous."

"This place sucks. I booked a 1 bed apartment with kitchen since I'm out of town on business. There is nothing in the kitchen to prepare meals, no dishrags, soap, scrub brushes, no hot water. They provide 2 each of basic cutlery but no knives or a cutting board. No toaster, no microwave. Has a jacuzzi tub, with no hot water. The place is cold and has no heater. "Very bad experiance i had .I travel a lot and never found such a hotel and such people. Horrible. During my stay of nine days they have cleaned my room just once and came back to clean on the last day i told them to get lost i dont neec cleaning. Horrible food in small plastic bags no plates no spoons i have our whatsapp chat for everything if you want i can forward ,just look at the times i have askedthem to clean my room they would say 11 oclock then 3 o clock then tomorrow and during my stay...
