"Two key things stand out-a gentleman team member offered to take our luggage cart downstairs for us instead of us doing it-great customer service; and apparently there was a medical emergency on our floor and at the same time my daughter had gone downstairs to as for something-the clerk was very professional and not flustered (and I would have been!). Also-the woman today working breakfast was obviously chosen for that role because she is very friendly!! "

"I stayed in a nice suite room that for some reason was the same price as a regular one, when I booked it. It was nice and quiet, and relaxing. My only issue was I was really hoping to take a bath, but I couldn't get the stopper to actually stay down, and it wouldn't fill the tub, so I had to throw away the bath products I brought with me.
