The idea that our payment helped to cover the costs of the horses rescued and rehabilitated by our host was nice to know. "The home was clean and well supplied, it generally fulfilled our needs. The only negative was the furnace was incapable of properly heating the home. With a low of 13 degrees at night, it would have been beneficial to know this up front so I could make sure the wood burning stove was always stoked as it was necessary to keep the living space comfortable at night."

"Property is in a nice quiet location in a no wake zone. House is very nice just needs a few items to make it excellent. Kitchen needs additional cooking utensils, outdoor grill needs replaced - burners only worked in a couple spots other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again. "
