"I had a handicap room with a tub and no chair. They got a chair that did not fit tub. water ran down the chair and flooded the floor.as the chair was not for that tub it collapsed on me three times. I informed the desk of the problem so someone else did not get hurt"

"This is a very nice hotel located in the Renaissance Center. Parking is convenient and reasonable. My room had a great view of Belle Isle and the Detroit River. "

"The hotel was quiet even though there seemed to be quite a bit of teens and young adults staying there. I slept really well. It was very close to beautiful and amazing downtown Plymouth. It was just what I needed."

"Booked a very last minute room here after a cancelled flight and not being able to travel again until the following day. The room was comfortable and clean, and good value for money. The shuttle bus to/from the airport was also a great addition! My only negatives would be how loud the air conditioning unit was, and that having a room on the ground floor meant I was woken up by car headlights quite a lot (I didn’t notice the black out blind behind the main one until morning as it was already dark...
