"Great location for a night stops over to catch an early flight next day as it is near the KKIA airport. hotel surrounding full of eatery and pubs for a meal to drinks. set back only that the place can be noisy at night but overall i would recommend this place for reasonable prices for good bed, bathroom and no worries for food and drinks. would come back to stay here for a short stay. "This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!"

"the interior of hotel is good, but the exterior building would need a coat of paint. i will consider staying there again. maybe have a safe deposit box in each room - why ? your clients will want to go to pulau, so they can lock their passport and valuables in the room , rather than using the front safe. SO PLS IMPLEMENT A SAFE IN EACH ROOM INCLUDING ECONOMY ROOMS WITHOUT WINDOWS AT LEVEL 2. "
