"My overall experience at Ginger hotel was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service I received was unmatched. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also a great addition. The only downside would be the area outside/ in front of the hotel which was a bit dirty however, it seemed as if work was being completed. I'd still highly recommend this hotel."

"The best quality of this hotel are the OUTSTANDING TEAM MEMBERS.The newly appointed FOM is someone who ensures that any issues experienced by guest's is resolved immediately. I was disappointed with the Senior Management who did not appear to have time to speak to me of an issue. The most disappointing issue at this property is the WiFi which was brought to the attention of the Senior Management during a previous visit two months ago but it seems that nothing has been done to address this. "
