"It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"

"Se encuentra en una excelente zona en Milán, la propiedad es adecuada para el precio que pagué; no es un hotel de lujo, el cuarto es pequeño, pero en general cómodo y limpio. El staff que me recibió fue muy amable, pero al hacer el check out tuve una experiencia algo desagradable, ya que me quería cobrar por desayunos y botellas de agua que no consumí. Le doy 4 estrellas ya que en general, todo estuvo bien del hotel, solo ese desagrado."

"Conveniently located close to the train station, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the Centre and all the attractions. Lovely staff. Tramline right outside was a bit noisy especially at night but it was ok with the widow closed. "

"Staff was very nice, but limited to desk staff. Don't expect help with luggage and property is not accessible. It is an old property with no proper heat/air conditioning control in the rooms. The beds are large enough and very comfortable. The room is clean. Hair dryer is of the old very low power variety. Water pressure/temperature was good. It was VERY convenient to the MiCO congress center and some very good to excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet (hot/cold items were limited) and...

"Spacious room with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke excellent English. They kindly stored our luggage for the whole day, allowing us to explore freely. The property was clean and well-maintained. Location is convenient, about 15 minutes from the city centre, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Overall, a pleasant stay!"
