"Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done...

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel....

"“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre."

"Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts. It’s...

"It was great. Sauna is a great addition and in a very good condition. Very nice bar with polite and professional staff. We have stayed in quadruple room as 4 adults and it was great. We went for skiing and there was an excellent storage room for skiis and heater for boots. The only disadvantage was the absence in the room of actual heater to dry our clothes after skiing or just after wash"
