"Well managed, clean and with good basic facilities. Library in the lobby is a nice, and unusual, thing to have. Would be nice to have a bin for recyclables, not just a waste bin. Overall, though, a very good place to stay."

"They combined our double rooms knowing that we are a family. We stayed on the highest floor (level 14) with an awesome view. spacious room with all amenities. well insulated and we didn't need the AC heater. they provide breakfast every morning, and you can take the food up to your room. Very hospitable~"

"Washing machine is dirty, bedroom slippers are quite small for my hubby & air purifier is mouldy and dusty, TV has 3-4 channels only. Sofa is too close to the TV. Air con is located quite far from the beds. "

"This hotel is very convenient. The bus stop from/to the airport is very near; so are the local bus stops and street train station. The shopping area and restaurants are all within walking distance."

"The onsen and the sand bath is wonderful. The facilities, like shower, towel, shampoo, hair dryer etc. available after the above activities is good and convenient. The place is big and you won’t feel too crowded. The dinner is OK. The staff is very helpful and sincere, English and Chinese speaking is not a problem at the reception. Again, this is a good place to try the sand bath cause u don’t have any difficulties in cleaning up yourself with a mess."
