"There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. "We really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with local tourism information. The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking). Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee. Overall, it was a calm and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning someday."

"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall. Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "
