"Absolutely lovely staff who are very helpful, real cosy and at home feel to the place. No problems at all, room was very clean and was right infront of the train station for our day to Florence too. Walking distance to go everywhere you would want to in Pisa and only about 20/25 mins walk from the airport :) "
