"The staff at this property made the stay. We stayed with our dog for one night in between day hikes in the white mountains. The interior is nice and very clean, However the floors/ceilings are not well insulated and we heard people walking around above us all night. That being said, the Manager, Kim, was excellent and very apologetic and did all she could to make it right. She clearly cared about the guest experience and she was wonderful. "Hotel is located right next to the Attitash skiing resort and there is a shuttle bus in case you want to use that option. The hotel has a ski in and ski out option which is what we used so we didn’t even need to use the shuttle. There is also a nice heated pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna all of which we enjoyed during our 4-day stay."

"The Tavern was unavailable due to refurbishing; hopefully the rooms are next. Our room was spacious, but clearly a bit worn and in need of a facelift. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and overall our stay was very pleasant. Front desk staff was gracious and friendly, as was our breakfast host."
