"This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. "This property has some very good assets. It also has some issues that need to be resolved. The location on the north end of Lake Como and the short distance to transportation to the rest of the lake is awesome. But we tried to get some information from the owner/manager on our first night and it turned into a fiasco. The manager got angry with me for asking simple questions.
