"The bathroom was exfremely small. It was difficult to get to the shower. This was located at the end of a very narrow bathroom. Just next to the shower, there a sink on the right side. I had 30/40cm to get into the shower, not nice. Also, the wc very close to the radiator/heating. My left knee was touching it. Considering it was hot, i could not sit comfortably at the wc. "I had a great staying at Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff is absolutely wonderful; I travelled by public transport and they came to pick me up and take me back to the bus stop. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. "This is a nice but small hotel. When they say small rooms they mean it! You have to leave your room key (an actual key) at the front desk when you leave the property and the only door is locked midnight to 8am, under no circumstances can you enter during this period. Breakfast was small but good. Dinner was fine (but not amazing) and cost less than other places."
