"Thank you to the Staff. this Hotel is perfect for the Airport. but car park is full. but I got a good space. for the price it's really good. meet good guests all ready to go on holiday. we went to The Restaurant and as a chef I can say they did well. and good price. remember to book a time and don't be late. "

"Wonderful two night stay. Like others I noted some of the mixed reviews but our stay was excellent. This is a 3* hotel and easily hits the mark, yes a few areas with wear ‘n tear but room and bathroom was clean, restaurant was really nice serving good food and a wide choice. Staff were all excellent; we’d definitely stay again if in the area!!"

"Nice clean room, good shower and wifi and helpful staff. Realised when i got home that they had given me someone elses invoice for my pre paid room, but i had other confirmation on hotels.com so no real biggie. Was lucky with parking right outside the hotel, or it may have been a pain."

"Good size carpark Check in at reception and all information is given. Rooms up a flight of stairs The room was an ok size as was the shower room. Bed is super comfortable Wifi is okish The shower was hot and powerful. Evening meal was excellent lots of choices and good value. Also have a planetarium! But it was £49 for a show and talk, shame no guest rates!! Would probably stay again when in the area. Location close to Hadrian's Wall and the once stood Sycamore Tree Gap!! Also has a brewery next...

"Came up to watch football and visit family as was recommended to stay here. The room was so warm when we walked in and slept so well as it was so quiet. The staff were all lovely too :-) we will be back again next time we come visit "

"Good location, nice hotel, breakfast a little disappointing. Hotel had ran out of orange juice. Toast seemed like cheap thin sliced loaf? Was expecting a better quality of bread. However this would not stop me from staying again"
