Eventually we got it and checked in ok. Breakfast was nice, however, the actual area of service is very small for the number of people using it. It made it very uncomfortable and not a great experience waiting to use the drinks machine etc with 20 other people. Needs looking at. "

"To be honest I was pretty impressed with the room, there was a double and a single bed, two sofas, some chairs, a desk and a good size TV that I could sign in on to watch iPlayer. What annoyed me more than anything was the woman on the front desk for check-in. She was clearly doing something when we arrived to check-in (which was late in the day but not outside the check-in hours) and instead of any sort of greeting she just stared at me, considering I had bags with me I was obviously there to...
