"This hotel and room were very quaint and cozy. Staff member at front desk was lovely and helpful letting us know how to get around and what to do. We walked to and from Old Town and the train station without a problem (and) could have ridden the bus which was close with the visitors card we were provided free for staying 2 nights. Our only problem was that the water in the shower did not drain (at all) so room flooded with each shower. Also didn’t have a hairdryer so I was out with wet hair in...

"Excellent check in experience the assistant FO manager was superb . Gave us bus passes for our stay plus ideas on what to do . Negatives , housekeeping quality was horrid next day , sheet just dumped on bed , glasses and cups not cleaned , floor not swept / vacuumed . Reached back early evening on Sunday . Resteraunt was closed . Could not use foodora as cannot verify an international number . Receptionist asked to to keep trying instead of ordering for us and taking money . "

""Basic" doesn't do it justice. Sure, the hotel may lack some of the refinements more expensive hotels may have; but was it does have is done extremely well. "The view of the mountains was absolutely magnificent! The staff was very helpful. Easy check-in process. It was perfect for our family of 5. There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk. We loved our stay here! The area was great for outdoor activities like paragliding and hiking. "

"Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. "Really nice hotel and well organized. We arrived past checkin hours but were given a code to enter the hotel and found our room key at the front desk. The room but clean and super spacious and in the morning we were greeted by a very polite lady at reception. The hotel is a bit pricey as with every hotel in Austria but I would definitely use it again."
