They don’t tell you if you get late you are to be locked out of the parking,one night we were able to get in with a card they gave us, next night they didn’t have the card and we had to park somewhere else that at the end was cheaper. "For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. Towels were threadbare, and (like many European hotels) very difficult to get our bags to the hotel. It's...

"We booked this hotel for one night when on a road trip through Switzerland, the check-in was smooth, the staff were very polite and helpful. We booked the Royal Double Room with views of the valley, which was spectacular! The room was very nice, cosy and clean, with a large TV (which has international channels), a mini-bar which is reasonably priced. There was a large balcony which wrapped around the corner and provided stunning views. The restaurant which is inside the hotel was not open on...

"Great hotel with a really cosy atmosphere and great location right next to Place Centrale. Staff were excellent and couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Restaurant was good if busy (need to book ahead) and rooms were comfortable. Only area for improvement would be to install a heated boot rack."
