"An absolutely gorgeous waterfront property that will instantly calm and relax you. My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. Within walking distance to the main shopping/dinning area of Forte dei Marmi and to the beach as well. "

"Very nice house with friendly and helpful staff. Its a up hill walk of a medium distance. A bit difficult if you have baggage. Breakfast is not included. But just a 5 minute walk to the beach and Monterroso's esplanade. Old town is about 15 minutes walk along the sea. Plenty of eateries starting from the moment you come down the hill."

"With the beach opposite the hotel this was a fantastic overnight stop. It would have been worth pre-booking parking, though we were able to book the last space. There are traffic restrictions in place, but the hotel arrange the correct authorities are notified for you so that any penalties are avoided. A beautiful family room with direct access to the roof terrace."

You Must Understand The Culture around these hotels ..the owners have hotels for love to their guests nd not for real economic reasons like major chain store hotels. The location was perfect to main town area, 3 minutes walk. The hotel was clean and the staff was so polite. Bring your own soap and shampoo, they lack with very small portions in the hotel.
