Rooms have AC but you need the key to operate them and when we were out room got really hot, and took a while to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level. The shower didn’t work, and I had to call the reception twice and waited for 40 minutes before a really aggressive man let himself in (without me opening the door for him) and trod around in the room with his outdoor shoes on.
