"the hotel is newly renovated, and in a good location within walking distance to both the bus and train station and to Ortigia and even the historical ancient Greek theater. the only downside is there is no lift, you need to carry the luggage up by stairs. the staff Damina is very friendly and helpful, even help us to carry a luggage up. "This hotel is what made our stay in Ragus Ibla so wonderful. Laura is amazing with all that she does! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with so many homemade options. The location was great since you're already in the old town (Ibla) and can easily walk from the hotel to the duomo and cafes. We will definitely stay there again!"

"Do not, I repeat, do not pay the city tax in cash to Barbara. She is at the front desk and when we arrived she asked for us to pay right away the city tax (6 euros) in cash only. When we checked out there was no register of this transaction. The lady at the front desk called her and she denied to have received it. I sincerely hope the owner of this hotel read this and pay more attention to Barbara’s behavior towards their customers. The hotel is very noisy at night. We heard some other clients...
