"A lovely property and welcoming hosts. Our room was great, ground floor with views of beautiful Noto. A pretty terrace for guests. Only complaints: Wifi didn’t work well in our room as it seemed too far away from the modem. At 50 Euros. price for one load of laundry seemed exorbitant. "

We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. "Q92 is a very special hotel. It is quaint, yet surprisingly spacious. It is thoughtfully curated and very beautifully decorated. Our room was was absolutely magnificent! It is perfectly located, within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. But what makes it even more special is their wonderful staff. They are incredibly kind and very helpful. "

"Hotel is fine(ish) but let down by the staff. Room was freezing. Went to eat but they had a big party in so had to wait longer than originally told. So thought I'd have a drink at the bar, stood there for 10 minutes with nothing happening whilst the receptionist smiled at me every now and again. No attempt to find where the barman had disappeared to. Service in the restaurant a bit haphazard too. Showing my ago but left with the impression I'd just visited the Crossroads Motel."
