"Decent and easy access area to transportation."

"The hotel is exactly what you expect for the price, everything nice, clean and serviceable but nothing fancy. It’s a really great location for the Christmas markets. Again it’s not the fanciest area of Munich and there’s what looks like some kind of strip joint round the corner, but we felt perfectly safe wandering around even late at night and were able to walk to everything. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to the S station for the train to the airport. There’s not tea and coffee making...

"Our stay was excellent. We requested an early check-in and were granted it, which was nice after a long international flight. The hotel is directly across the street from the main train station. Plenty of dining/shopping around the hotel. Easy walk into the center of town. The breakfast buffet was very large and a great assortment of various foods. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was spacious by European standards. "

"What a find in Munich! It's a little bit of a walk to city center, but for those of us that love the walkability of Munich itself it is perfect. The staff were above and beyond, top notch and the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. Our room was very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Munich! "

"Beautiful hotel with a timeless style. Hotel is 500 years old and close to the Christmas market (2 minute walk). Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options including vegan options"

"This is not a chain hotel but a lovely traditional hotel in town that is not far from Munich. The staff was very helpful, town is small "real German town" not a big city but only 1/2 an hour away but the train was only 2 blocks from the hotel. And it ran every 20 minutes. We found 4 good restaurants that were all within walking distance, few stores, with very friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel for a true German Experience and an EZ trip to Munich without the hassle of driving"
