"I liked the convenience of the hotel to the airport. The front desk person in the evening was very helpful. I liked the complimentary breakfast. The temperature in the room never seemed to be warm enough for me. You could clearly hear the guests in the room above us walking heavily back and forth; it was a bit distracting. However, it all worked out fine."

"The staff made this experience so smooth and amazing. Miss Stephanie greeted me with a warm smile and guided me on the best way to extend my stay and was so extremely nice. Miss Mary was extremely sweet while being trained by Stephanie while they updated my stay and Miss Flo was an absolute angel on my last night who saved me during a mini crisis with a large dog! please update the signage regarding large dogs for those who have a fear of them :) I would choose to come back to this hotel over...

The valet parking is amazing as you just pull up to the front doors, unload your vehicle, and your vehicle is taken care of from there. "It was ok until the last night was next to a room full of kids that was not supervised you can tell on how much noise we heard all night the staff was nice I appreciate that allot the pool area was nice didn’t get a chance to get in the pool but we got in the hot tub and got right back out it was dirty but my service overall was okay"

"The evening staff at the front desk was so friendly, patient and helpful! We had to take the airport shuttle at 4:30am, and the continental breakfast did start until 6am. When I asked the night before, the front desk staff asked if we would like for her to put together a grab bag of bagels and jams for us. One of us is gluten free, and she even showed the GF options before adding them to our grab bag to make sure they would work for us. SO helpful and a great attitude!"
