"It was a great location right on the beach. The pool was closed half our stay for renovations which was unfortunate. We didn’t eat breakfast since it wasn’t included in the stay. And there was a large earring on the floor by the bed. So I feel like the cleaning staff didn’t do a thorough job when cleaning the room. "

"The resort was beautiful, had good options for dining, and the pool area was awesome. The room was also very nice. The ONLY complaint I had was the loud music. There was a DJ out near the pool at night and it was so loud, you could not hear the ocean! We could not even sit out on our balcony because the music was so loud. If I wanted to go to a nightclub, I would have gone to a nightclub but when I go to the beach, I want to enjoy the ocean and mother nature. Having said that, we thoroughly...

"This is a beautiful property and staff was extremely friendly and provided top notch service. A few things that prevented me from giving it a full five stars: we got a room with a king bed and bunk bed, it was great with kids but the bunk bed comforters weren’t made when we got there, there was just a folder interior comforter and a folder top sheet sitting on the beds. So after a long day of traveling, I had to lay out the sheets on the king bed and try to fit the comforters in the top sheets ....

"This is an older property in Gulf Shores. We hqd a suite, which was extremely spacious( except for the bathroom, which was very small). Housekeeping was iffy; toiletries and condiments were rarely replaced. On the other hand, the room was fairly clean. There is a beach adjacent to the property; however, we opted to drive out to the National Seashore Park in Perdido Key where we had all the facilities needed and a smaller crowd. The location of the hotel is great: lots of restaurants and pubs/...

"Springhill Suites in Orange Beach, AL. Were nice. My only complaint is very minor. The frames of the beds that touch the floor need dusting & painted. The staff were great. The outside chair cushions were Not clean. It is a great place to evacuate from storms."
