"We were not impressed when we drove up and saw there was construction going on at the hotel. Went to check in and the entire lobby was under construction with dust everywhere. You could breathe it in. Clara checked us in. We got to the room and the AC wasn’t working. I called to talk with Clara and she said she would be right down to look at it. Waited over 10 minutes before I went to look for her. Waited for her in the lobby for another 5 minutes. She finally arrived off of a smoke break....

"The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call...

"Amazing stay in a grande mansion. The food was delicious and our host Pat so caring and warm, we felt instantly at home. The location is close to many attractions but it would be just as nice staying in this beautiful location with outdoor patio, fire pit and hot tub. It’s beautiful like waking up in a muse sun with all the art and artifacts Pat has collected in a lifetime! "
