"Pros: Good location with free parking. Check in was quick. Its a coworking space with a gaming room. My kids absolute loved it. Huge common area you can chill out and grab a drink. Room was big enough for 3 persons. Cons: rooms allocated on the ground floor just right next to a bar table. People were drinking outside my room till 11:30. Difficult for me to get a sleep. Toilet was small and shabby. No air conditioning but it should be normal in France. It was abit hot if you sleep on the sofa...

"Lovely building, good location, located in walking distance to the Palais des Beaux Arts and not too far from Lille town centre. Complimentary welcome drinks, rooms were clean and tidy, comfy bed, but slight stagnant smell from the bathroom. "
